Offices in Massy
"Be-Open Massy" takes a strategic place in the new Atlantis district. Located at the Entry of Massy city in France, this building is designed as a landmark project for the city, its residents, users and drivers of the motorway. The building is designed like an urban landscape. It develops in its length on two levels of which the superior, drawn in suspension, alternates in heights along the highway. A Levitating volume, its facade transforms as one moves to reveal its double appearance. On the one hand, reflecting its context, the glass panels reveal the activities of the users at work in the den of this project; and on the other hand mineral surfaces, powdered with a reddish pigment affirm the design of this building as a Land Art within its neighborhood.
On the ground floor, business premises of all kinds offer optimal flexibility. We are in a buffer building that draws the link between the highway and the Atlantis neighborhood. Its vegetated forecourt protects users from noise and visual disturbances. A new place for nature expands on the roofs into hanging gardens open for the offices users. The latter benefit from the generosity of the interior spaces that draw in heights bringing light as well as well-being into the spaces.
